● 20 acre Site Opportunity in Kimberley, North West of Nottingham City Centre.


● Grade II listed former Brewery regeneration, residential land uses and conversion of existing historic buildings.


What we did:


● Managed the Planning process, including consultation with local authority planners, politicians and members of the public.


● Used market mix experience for value and financial confidence.


● Phased development and cash flow model to create viable schemes.


● Negotiated appropriate Section 106 planning obligations for the context of the development.


● Created a plan of regeneration for the former brewery and other important buildings.


● Secured planning permission for first Phase, 22 units in February 2013.

● Secured planning permission subject to 106 agreement for conversion of existing historic buildings to residential apartments. Demolition of redundant structures and replacement with modern apartments and phased residential housing development of the wider site. 

● Initiated project management.
