On the 24th May we held a Public Exhibition of the latest plans for the Former Kimberley Brewery Site. The latest plans set out a regeneration scheme which we believe delivers the "Five Objectives" shown opposite.

The responce from the local community was overwhelmingly positive with 84% of people in favour of the proposals.

In November 2013 the proposal began the formal planning process with Broxtowe Borough Council. Please use the links below to view the latest plans.
